- SC 25N to SC 11W.
- SC 11W to SC 130.
- Turn right on SC 130 (SC 130 will make a left turn) and follow to NC 107 (crossing from South Carolina to North Carolina).
- Turn right on NC 107 and continue through Cashiers on NC 107N to N. Norton Rd. (N. Norton Rd. will be on the left 1.8 miles after the second traffic light passing through Cashiers).
- Turn left onto N. Norton Rd. and follow for 2 miles to Trillium Entrance on left, passing the Trillium Village Entrance on right.
- Turn left at Trillium Entrance. Turn right to Sales Office.

- SC 14 to SC 290/SC 101.
- SC 290 to US 25N.
- US 25N onto SC 11 ramp.
- SC 11W to SC 130.
